Hydrator SHD
The SHD Hydrator is an innovative grain tempering mixer designed to provide high level of moisture addition in a single pass and evenly dispersed moisture addition when used as a pre-damper before wheat debranning or maize degerming.
The use of vibration to provide exceptional water dispersion is combined with a slow stirring action and a long dwell time to ensure absorption of up to 8% moisture.
Grain leaving the machine has no free surface moisture, eliminating any subsequent tempering bin discharge problems.
Typically used with a SWE Water Flow Control Panel, for accurate regulation of the additional moisture.
